RESPONSIBILITY AND TASK / TRÁCH NHIỆM VÀ NGHĨA VỤ
• Documentation (production related)/ Tài liệu hóa (liên quan đến sản xuất)
- Ensure each production process are documented/ Đảm bảo mỗi quy trình sản xuất đều được tài liệu hóa.
- Ensure preventive actions documented/ Đảm bảo các hành động ngăn ngừa đều được tài liệu hóa
- Ensure on-time creations & updates/ Đảm bảo khởi tạo và cập nhật đúng hạn.
- Improve production documents accuracy/ Cải thiện tính chính xác của tài liệu sản xuất
- Improve preventive action implementation/ Đảm bảo sự thực thi của các hành động ngăn ngừa.

- Ensure production processes match target/ Đảm bảo quy trình sản xuất đạt mục tiêu
- Ensure production processes data accuracy/ Đảm bảo tính chính xác của dữ liệu quy tình sản xuất
- Ensure on-time creation & update/ Đảm bảo khởi tạo và cập nhật đúng hạn
- Improve production process accuracy/ Cải thiện tính chính xác của quy trình sản xuất
- Improve production process efficiency/ Cải thiện tính hiệu quả của quy trình sản xuất.

- Ensure production means inventory accuracy/ Đảm bảo tính chính xác của việc thống kê các phương pháp sản xuất.
- Ensure production means identification/ Đảm bảo sự nhận dạng các phương pháp sản xuất
- Improve production means identification & inventory/ Cải thiện việc thống kê và nhận dạng các phương pháp sản xuất.
- Improve production means efficiency/ Cải thiện tính hiệu quả của các phương pháp sản xuất.

* Job Requirement:
- Education: Mechanical / Manufacturing engineer
- Experience: 3 years’ experience in similar position (Methods / Process department)
- Foreign Language: English fluent
- Skills:
o 5S & Lean manufacturing.
o Manufacturing process definition / Optimization.
o Redacting work instructions
o Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
o Basic Knowledge in CAD software (Pro Engineer, Solid works, …)
o Basic Knowledge in PLC programming
