processes.
ABB's High Voltage Products team provides products which help enhance the safety, reliability and efficiency of power networks while minimizing environmental impact. Our technology leadership continues to facilitate developments in areas such as ultra-high-voltage power transmission, enabling smart grids and enhancing eco-efficiency.
You will drive improvements throughout High Voltage products production in Power Grids, Vietnam. Reporting to the Production Engineering Manager, your focus will be on optimizing the manufacturing process through innovation in a cost-effective way.
*** Your responsibilities
- Working on process improvement initiatives to increase effectiveness of manufacturing process and methods.
- Identifying and implementing the improvement opportunities in order to adhere to improve productivity and quality.
- Designing fixture, kitting etc. for improving productivity and quality for mass production.
- Developing new machines to level up in-house qualification for material (ex: CO Gear & CO interrupter machine etc.).
- Upgrading machine for improving productivity and controlling user in PDMlink.
- Managing, updating change layout to optimize production and writing and reviewing work instructions as needed.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- A University degree in Machine/ Mechanical Engineer.
- More than 3 years of experience as a Production Engineer.
- Demonstrated experience working on a production line, with supervisory experience beneficial.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft, CAD, SAP, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and structurally under pressure.
- Strong commitment to safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
- More than 3 years of experience as a Production Engineer.
- Demonstrated experience working on a production line, with supervisory experience beneficial.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft, CAD, SAP, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and structurally under pressure.
