Working Location : Sika VN Head Office - Nhon Trach IZ1, Dongnai
Report to : Process Engineering Manager
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Continuous Improvement: Improve production process to increase capacity & efficiency
2. Support improvement plan for KPI of Operation.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
1. Lead improvement project investment to increase quality, capacity & efficiency and saving operation cost
2. Monitor and report for trial new packaging of products.
3. Monitor, record and report the trial for new Product, Process and Equipment following PCP and PMP system
4. Apply new process technology to improve production efficiency.
5. Manage operation procedure and improve Waste Water Treatment system
6. Work closely with Maintenance team to analyze root cause of equipment failure, reduce break down time of equipment
7. Work instruction for new process/equipment
8. Ensure health & safety rules and Environment Management System are followed and maintained for equipment and facilities.
9. Focus on improvements, modifications and new installations to existing plant equipment/system
10. To perform other duties which assigned by the Manager.

1. Educational standard: University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics.
2. Experience: at least 3 year experience.
3. English is good enough for job.
4. Computer for office. Know Auto-Cad.
5. Problem analysis and problem solving (e.g. 8D)
6. Project management Skill
7. Knowledge for Lean Six Sigma, Design of Experiment and Statistical Analysis
8. Ability work under high pressure
9. Ability to work independently and in a team
10. Must be able to work with chemical
11. High responsibility, willing to learn and good personality.
12. Having experience for waste water treatment
