Mô tả công việc
1. Key roles and responsibilities :
- Guarantee compliance to safety, environment and working conditions guideline.
- Machine and Equipment (MAE) involvement: FAT, SAT and line release
- Running and improving Laser Cutting and LEM processes in Loo Lines
- Tracking and maintaining BPS (Bosch Production System)
2. Specific Tasks:
- Support machine installation, start up and running of production process and MAE release
- Increase machine's capability by applying TPM and Lean manufacturing tools
- Conduct process FMEA to identify quality risks
- Initiate OEE improvement
- Issue, maintain and improve workshop documentation for operators
- Understanding and improving the responsible process. Solving problems and participating in problem solving activities

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education
Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering subject.
2. Working experience
At least 2 or 3 years working in Process Control, Equipment Troubleshooting and Maintenance . Experiences with Metal Forming or Laser processes is preferred
3. Trait and Skill:
- Project/Task Management
- Strong problem solving background
- Reporting (commercial, technical, quality, safety)
- Process management (e.g. applying PDCA, KPI, etc)
- Lean manufacturing principles
- Languages: - Mandatory: English, Vietnamese, spoken and written. Optional: German, Dutch.
- Hardware/ Software skills:- Microsoft Office Package, AutoCAD
