1、执行部门预算和计划
Implement department budget and plan
2、负责开发和改善开关组装工艺，改善品质和提高生产效率
Develop and improve switch assembly manufacturing process to improve quality level and efficiency.
3、负责量产的产品工艺文件制作和更新（如 SOP,P-FMEA, 试产报告，工时，工艺流程图等）
Control and update process documentations in time(such as SOP,P-FMEA,PV report，Standard time，process follow chart etc.)
4、为工装夹/治具和设备设计提供技术支持，验证新的设备和工装夹/治具
Provide technical support for tooling/fixture design and equipment，verify and qualify new tooling/fixture and equipment
5、为员工提供培训项目（设备操作和组装工艺）,培训技术员
Implement training program (machine and operation) to operators, coach technician
6、参与新产品试产
Involve new product development in new product pilot run.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1、大专/本科（电气，机械专业）
Degree or diploma in electrical or mechanical engineering.
2、三年或以上ME工作经验
Minimum 3 years’ ME experience in mechanical manufacturing
3、良好的沟通和协调能力
Have strong ability in communication and coordination
4、良好的英文口语和读写能力
Good at oral and writing English
5、熟知 Lean 或 六西格玛
Good understanding of Lean principles or Six sigma
6、良好的成本意识
Good understanding of cost drivers
7、良好的工作态度和诚实
Have good attitude and be honesty
