JOB PURPOSE
• Work together with technician to grow and support other departments
• Technical support for optimizing production output
• Maintaining and improving process sustainability in Rubber Reinforcement (RR) Finish Product
• Cost optimization in RR (Finish Product) by means of dies consumption
• Coordination to align within Technical Department and other Department
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITY
1. Work together with technician to grow and support other departments
• Discussion with engineers and specialist
• Following up projects progress
• Daily performance meeting
2. Technical support for optimizing production output
• Supporting project to reduce fracture per ton in Bunching (Finish Product)
• Supporting projects on speed increase wet wire drawing
• Supporting projects on speed increase Bunching
• Sustaining setup sheet
• Performance indicators: bunching speed increase without affecting quality / process ability
3. Maintaining and improving process stability in RR Finish Product
• Supporting project to reduce fractures in wet wire drawing
• Administrate changes in process
• Supporting reduce Lab reject (internal reject)
4. Maintaining and improving process quality
• Supporting projects to solve quality problem at the plant
• Supporting other engineers and specialist to work together towards process improvement
• Doing audits and following-up result to get improvement proposals
• Performance indicators: audit report done

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Vietnamese with 1-3 year production/manufacturing experience
• Fresh graduates with GPA 3.0 above and very good English skills are also welcome to apply!
• University-level engineer, understanding concept of metallurgy, mechanical , and metal chemistry
• Have knowledge in problem solving method and statistical technique
• Have good analytical thinking, proactive, teamwork, and communication skills
• Have very good speaking and writing ability of English supported with good MS. Office
• Fresh graduates with GPA 3.0 above and very good English skills are also welcome to apply!
