Process Engineer (FDI Company)

For expanding our new business, we are in urgent need of a Process Engineer.

Job description:
- Setting conditions as standard specifications for Process Control
- Reducing potential risk of Non Conformity (defects) at each process
- Establishing Manufacturing Bill Of Material (MBOM) for production
- Setting rules and standard procedure to improve MBOM accuracy
- Analyzing root cause of cost gap between design and actual to achieve competitive cost
- Updating and Explaining report and performances to the leader or General Director
- Assistance to General Director/Dept. Manager on related office works.

- Male, University graduated
- Knowledge of 5S, DOE, FMEA (Failure Modes, Causes, and Effects) and basic quality control (e.g. QC story or QC 7 tools)
- Understanding of design
- Good using of English in work
- Good in computer skill (Word, Excel, Powerpoint…)
- Good problem solving skill.
