Job Description
Work Location: Long Thanh IZ, Dong Nai
1. Running and improving process (safety, quality and delivery)
* Responsible to check & monitor process and take lead in process problem solving activities
* Initiate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvements
* Involvement in release of new line, product, initial sample run (ISR), quality gate review (QGR)
2. Define and maintain standard of process
* Conduct and maintain FMEA
* Check, review and improve atonomous maintenance (AM) and involvement in preventive maintenance (PM)
3. Support production planning, investment, ordering and release machine and process
* Support Shop floor Management Cycle (SMC) to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of production
* Start up and monitor Continuous Process Improvements (CIP) to achieve cost, quality and volume target

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics
* A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in manufacturing plant
* Good command of English
* Good understanding of process management and problem-solving skill (ability to apply problem-solving tools is preferred)
* Understanding of LEAN production system

* Shuttle buses are provided from various locations of Dong Nai, HCMC and Binh Duong
