Process Compliance Manager (HCMC)

The role
This role is for our LAZADA EXPRESS business unit. We build the infrastructure to enable e-commerce growth and work with external logistics partners to revolutionize the B2C logistics industry across our six countries. With extensive investment in systems, facilities and our people, Lazada Express (LEX) is positioned to become a major component in the SE Asia logistics landscape.

Reporting to the Regional Process Compliance VP, you will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed in Sortation centres and Retail Hubs.
• Keep abreast of internal Standards and business directions.
• Maintain documentation of process compliance activities, such as procedure, processes and recommendation using sound business judgement.
• Collaborate with human resources department to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action in cases of operation audit findings violations.
• Regularly report on the state of the company’s compliance effectiveness, identifying areas of risk, recommend solutions, and obtain guidance and support to implement improvement.
• Work with operations teams to ensure adequate check in place and monitoring in all required areas.
• Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions for operational efficiency.
• Conduct relevant process trainings to Sort and Retail Hub managers.
• Ensure closure to all Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) raised.
• Ensure past audit recommendations are implemented in current audit process.
• Support any after-hours activities as required.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably with an Engineering background or any relevant disciplines.
• Proven experience in operational audit processes.
• Proven experience conducting stand up trainings.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing tasks within defined timelines.
• Able to travel locally and overseas when required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to develop and maintain a partnership and communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally with different reporting matrix.
• Enjoy working as a team member as well as independently.
• Hands on and comfortable working in an operation environment.
• The incumbent is expected to coach in areas of process gaps.
• Relevant experience in presenting audit findings to Senior Management
