- Correspond to Japanese employees' concerns related to Compensation & Benefit (C&B)
- Input, update and maintain employee database (information of personal, family, employment, working schedule etc.) in HR system of Japan
- Provide timely and accurate calculation of payroll, allowance and working information for all Japanese employees
- Other related duties as assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Passionate in HR development, especially in C&B
- English: intermediate
- Japanese: N2/ N3
- Skillful in personnel administration, analyzing information and filling system
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough and able to monitor work for quality
- Good at Microsoft Office
