Job Description
• Responsibility to support machine design, process design, installation, ramp-up
• Start up and running of production processes and MAE release support
• Investigate knowledge of respective process to apply in the factory
• Make design improvement to increase machine efficiency (OEE), process capabilities
• Process investigations to improves processes w.r.t. cycle time, Failure costs, quality (Cpk)
• Communication with the lead plant engineers and suppliers for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance implementation and process developments

Qualifications
• Having background in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering, strong knowledge of equipment/processes, with engineer level at Technical University or similar.
• Extensive knowledge in the production or process engineering
• Process management skill (PDCA, KPI., etc)
• Problem analysis & problem solving skill (5-Why, 8D.,etc)
• Able to work independently and able to make decisions individually
• Having knowledege in TPM, Lean manufacturing is an advantage
• Language skill: strong English communication skill is mandatory
