Process and Drawing Technician

REPORTS TO: Product and process Manager
LOCATION: Song Than factory (Di An - Binh Duong)

• Make the optimal process for new product
• Ensure the production is able to make the product in mass process
• Ensure the follow up of new product in production line
• Improve the process
• Check drawing and feasibility
• Make the data base (process, cutting list, hardware)
• Ensure the feedback after preproduction
• Ensure the technical support for production
• Hold the meeting with production staff to inform and share about process and product
• Participate to the weekly production process meeting
• Update the modification of product or process
• Define and check the tools
• Contribute to the design to cost project

POSITION OBJECTIVE
1 Ensure the factory is able to make the product in mass production
2 Ensure all the technical data are ready, right, and on time to produce
3 Is the referent for technical aspect
4 Improve the process

SCOPE
Vietnam manufacturing: Song Than.

• At least 5 years in draftsman position
• Knowledge about wood manufacture
• Solidworks and Autocad 2D software
• Office package
