1. Develop ink recipe for new product and make new sample
2. Calculate consumption for each product and give the optimal solution
3. Support to solve problem in the production
4. Find out solution to improve the production condition
5. Find out the way to reduce cost from develop new product and mass production
6. Training for workers to ensure they have enough skill knowledge
7. Prepare necessary paperwork and maintain records of all documents
8. Do another job assign by Superior
