- Code quality: Ensure that your team delivers professional quality code by documenting expectations, leading on code reviews, address issues and coaching other team members
- Agile software development: Lead the agile process by; running efficient stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, technical sprint planning and ensuring that the team manage Jira accurately
- Communication: Be the main contact for technical questions from international staff. You should expect to attend some remote meetings and deal with support requests that may be out of regular working hours
- Application design: Be an expert in your project, working with technical architects on software design
- Coaching and development: look for opportunities to advance the technical and working practices of the development group and work to improve software quality and productivity
- Solution Engineering: Lead and review the design of software architecture and components

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Qualification:
- Strong communication skills, including high capability in verbal English
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- At least 5 years of programming experience with more than one mainstream language such as Java, C#, NodeJS/Javascript
- Strong experience with OOP, DI/IoC, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and software development best practices.
- Knowledge of databases (relational or NoSQL), data modeling, and SQL
- Expert knowledge of the HTTP protocol and web services (REST, SOAP)
- Good knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, Object-Oriented JavaScript
2. Experience:
- Full-stack development experience i.e. have worked with modern web UI frameworks such as React, AngularJS, jQuery
- Working in an international product development company
- Team lead or management
- Scrum Master / other agile experience
- Performance optimization
- Source code analysis tools such as SonarQube and Veracode
- Deployment automation and continuous deployment/delivery
- Application security, especially OWASP
- Cloud-based development, especially in Azure
- Automation and DevOps environments especially with tools like TeamCity, Octopus & Katalon
- Modern web UI frameworks especially React, AngularJS, jQuery
- Or mobile development using frameworks of Xamarin, and/or Android, iOS, React Native
