Pricing Specialist

• Support and coordinate with BDM and Department Head for projects development.
• Responsible for Pricing for all the Project RFQ
• Coordinate with Overseas DHL Network offices for import Project shipments pricing
• Handle local procurements for OFR (OOG, DG cargo) and special services in the country (trucking, packing, cranes, lashing/loading, survey, inspection…)
• Develop and maintain relationships with project subcontractors,
• Develop and manage key performance and revenue report for Management Team.
• Provide program management and commercial operations management expertise so as to strengthen the existing operations, and position the business unit for future growth.
• Work together to prepare internal and external customers/suppliers business reviews on monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Successful implementation of new and additional business to meet internal and customer expectations.
• Daily business development information collection and compilation of potential market prospects
• Support in identifying and developing opportunities for industry specific customers
• Oversee and prepare the bid development process and negotiations with the customer/ client in order to deliver service solutions and win contracts that meet customer/client specifications and requirements at a defined level of commercial gain to the company

• Bachelor degree OR Master degree in International Business/ Foreign Trade/ Logistic & Supply Chain
• At least 3 years-experience in Operation for Forwarding industry
• Good understanding about all kind of freight forwarding products: Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs, Trucking and local handling
• Good commercial mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and high intensity
• Interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel
• Excellent writing and communications in English
