Pricing Coordinator

Department: Pricing Department

OVERALL JOB-SCOPE:
Pricing, making quotation, support sales team & build up relationship with carriers, airline, data analysing, estimates of earning.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
 Pricing for Air (Exp & Imp) & Sea freight (Exp & Imp).
 Pricing for customs clearance, trucking, inlands… (whole Vietnam).
 Checking price from agents, shipping lines, airlines, customers.
 Timely and accurate updating all rates tariff each month.
 Assisting sales team in rate updates, market conditions, customer advisories as requested
 Sending quotation for customers, oversea agents.
 Maintain & develop existing accounts.
 Build up relationships with airlines, shipping lines, agents, forwarders, customers.
 Negotiate pricing with outside contract carriers to secure biz or get more profit.
 Coordinating with relating departments to provide full service to customer.
 Understand customer need and provide suitable solution to meet their satisfaction.
 Identify, approach and develop new customers.
 Making weekly/ monthly report.
 Other tasks as assigned.
 Estimation of earning per shipment.
 Data Analysing/Shipment After-calculations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS)
 Responsible,
 Well-Organized.
 Team-player.
 Careful.
 Bachelor-degree; preferably majored in Import-Export.
 1-2 years of experience in Forwarding/Logistics Industry.
 Able to work under pressure.
 Good knowledge of MS-Office,
 English proficiency.
