Job description
• Get Ocean freight from carriers & update rate to Sales/OP
• Update Newscomer informaiton
• Prepare monthly Duty List/parking list for all staffs
• Prepare monthly Working sheet & send to HO
• Contact Suppliers to arrange stationary & place order when necessary
• Maintain equipment by troubleshooting failures, calling for repairing, monitoring equipment in the company
• Making payment for suppliers
• Support other departments & other tasks as require from managers
• Helping to organize company events

• Colleague or University in Business administration or other related major
• Fluently in English & Chinese ( as piority)
• Good communication ( written & verbal)
• Good planning , time management skill
• Strong organizational skills with ability to do multi-tasks and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Age: 22-35
• Female only
