Prepress Executive

This position report to Prepress Asst Manager, operates computer-based applications associated with the planning, receipt and processing of image files used to create proofs and printing plates for presses such as Flexo/Offset/Gravure …
• Supporting and coordinating the Sales team, Coordinator, Printing, including all prepress operators, press staffs and ink technicians.
• Identify and document equipment problems and repairs when necessary.
• Developing and implementing SOPs relevant to for Prepress department.
• Determining current base line department efficiencies and work to implement steps to monitor and improve.
• Scheduling personnel and equipment to achieve customer satisfaction.

• Good interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills in English & Vietnamese
• Adaptability /Flexibility, strong values and ethics, self-discipline, pioneer spirit.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Required Skills/Experiences:
• Bachelor degree in Printing Technology – Prepress.
• At least 3-5 years of solid working practices in prepress, technical field, and for manufacturing company.
• Good knowledge of Flexo, Offset, Gravure printing technology and Color management. Proficient in English and Vietnamese (verbal and written).
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Packz, Mac OS, MS. Office, Corel, …..
• Priority who living in Binh Duong, Thu Duc.
