Premier Customer Care Representative (Short-Term Contracted)

This is the position to support Sales revenue retention and generation, provide accurate information and assistance to customers on delivery information, customs clearance information; to communicate with customers experiencing service or delivery problems and resolve issues with customers and service complaints with the objective to achieve customer satisfaction and retain customers:

• Confer with customers, using the appropriate mode of communication, to provide information about services, to arrange shipments (e.g. special pick ups and paperwork assistance), or to obtain details of complaints
• Follow packages and provide updates to the customer to manage expectations
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
• Notify customers of troubled shipments due to uncontrollable delay or service failures and assist in facilitating the process
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints on shipments until issue is resolved
• Respond, follow-up and resolve complex issues with customers
• Works closely with team and other departments to ensure accuracy of information and completion of processes to deadline.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken

• Secondary education or equivalent
• Two (2) years experience in customer service and interaction.
• Fluency in English and local language, verbal and written
• Good communication skills
• Good team player and ability to work independently
• Basic PC skills
