Pre-Soft Collection Officer (Call Center) / Early Collection Operator / Call Center Agent (Outbound+Incoming Calls)

Now we are starting our operations in Vietnam and looking for energetic people to join our dynamic, professional Call-center team.
As a Pre-Soft Collection Officer you will do it all (customer service, claims, loans prolongations, collection notification). Your primary function in the PSC role is to prevent late-loan through reminding Borrowers about loan due date in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring that customer will pay on agreed terms - partly (prolongation) or fully.

1.Good verbal / written communication skills (driven voice, good pronunciation)
2.Clear communication, flexible handling. Attentive to detailes,
3.Ability to handle difficult or irate customers effectively and deliver bad news.
4. Able to work under pressure.
5. Applicants with experience in similar area (banks, debt Collection companies, etc.) are preferred.
