Biz planning task
• Analyze business data in order to make periodic reports and drafting business plan;
• To summary, analyze and report business data periodically;
• Synthesis and preparation of reports relating to the business periodically and irregularly according to the request of superiors.
• Synthesis of weekly maritime market information and others related work;
• To analysis of the volatility of the commodity markets, import and export situation in domestic and the country has an impact on the company's business activities;

Public relation task
• To welcome & work with delegations/ customers visiting terminal;
• Writing news, articles, create video clips, publications introduce, advertising on the company;
• Website management, updates information & photos on the website;
• Shooting events, production and business activities as documentation, photographs printed relevant advertising publications;
• Preparing and running programs related to the organization of the event at TCIT;

• Experience: non required;
• Major in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or other relevant majors;
• TOEIC 700 / IELTS 6.0 or equivalent;
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word and Power Point) are highly required;
• Good at communication, negotiation, team work and presentation skills;
• Have ability to convince customers; analyze and synthesize data;
• Have a thorough understanding of laws relating to import and export procedures, international shipping, domestic shipping, customs, taxes and maritime charges;
• Have knowledge of fields of marketing, logistics and port operation.

★☆★ Working location: Phu My Town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province and/or HCMC

★☆★ Working time: From Monday – Friday
