Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
The candidate will assist in the planning and implementation of promotion projects and marketing communication activities, such as advertising campaigns, prepare corporate media write-ups and organize marketing events.

• Minimum of 5 years full-time working experience in Marketing and Events
• Excellent communication with strong writing and editing skills.
• Network of contacts within PR and Media industry in Real Estates.
• Excellent Copy writing Skill
• Collaborating with Director in developing marketing campaigns.
• Developing content strategy, identifying the right channels within the given budget to ensure every campaign is appropriate and achieve the desired results.
• Preparing and managing content for campaign’s landing page, website, EDM, social media… to communicate with audience and attract potential buyers.
• Managing Marketing & Event team members including marketing executive, event executive & web designer
• Excelling proficiency in English.
• Creating marketing and promotional materials, both online and electronic.
• Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis, analyze customers’ profiles, needs and wants.
• Highly motivated, well-organized, self-starter, confident, strong-initiative, and ability to work with little guidance.
