PR & Event Manager

 Acts as primary media and public relations contact. Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media stakeholders.
 Lead the creation of the public relation strategy for Vietnam company and manage the execution of PR tactics, including media and industry relations, content generation and distribution, social engagement.
 Develop press release, social media content to support the Marketing team.
 Engage with our executive team and speaker’s bureau to prepare them for media and speaking
engagements.
 Track and report on the outcomes of our PR efforts.
 Carry out media and social media monitoring, and where/when required, assist with issues
management, providing counsel and advice to internal stakeholders.
 Responsible for planning and implementing from small, medium to large scale events for the
company (such as ground-breaking ceremony, opening ceremony, seminars, signing ceremony, trade fair, charity and social activities, etc.)

 Education: Graduated from university with major in Marketing Communication.
 Experience: Over 6-year experience in relevant field.
 Competencies:
o Has existing relationships with relevant contacts in the business, tech, and lifestyle media. o Knowledgeable in crisis management and is able to respond quickly to changing needs and
unplanned events.
o Strong communication skills, open-minded and lively self-image. o Strong writing skills in Vietnamese and English or Chinese.
o Basic project management knowledge. Good in presentation skill. o Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Power Point.
o Passion, proactive, progressive spirit, Team-work.
o Have ability to withstand pressure and deadlines.
