Mô tả công việc
1. Report to QC / QA manager with PQC engineer
2. Monitor Production performance and establish improvement plan to achieve KPI.
3. Update Quality (KPI) performance and follow-up improvement actions to achieve targets.
4. Assist CQE Manager and engineer to improve customer quality claims and implement actions if necessary.
5. Support Quality related matter that impact to PQC functions. Example NCMR, ECN, Quality Improvement, Quality Audits, LPA etc…
6. Manage the PQC supervisor, leader and inspectors to performance quality inspections.
7. Training of PQC staff and conduct certification test periodically.
8. Prepare all periodic reports related to PQC functions.
9. To support QS engineer to establish, maintain & improve Quality & Environmental Management System ISO9001/ISO14001/IATF16949.
10. Responsible to handle IQC & OQC quality matters with position QA engineer
11. Support Quality related matter that impact to IQC and OQC functions. Example ECN, Quality Improvement, Quality Audits etc…
12. Lead the IQC and OQC supervisor, leader to performance quality inspections.
13. Training of Quality staff and conduct certification test periodically.
14. Support CQE on NCMR and quality improvement matters & customer audits.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. University Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. 2~5 years experiences in Metal Stamping Process or high volume manufacturing environment.
3. Able to read and undertand customer mechanical drawings and perform simple measurement using equipment/tools like CMM, Height Gauge, Smart Scope, profile projectors etc…
4. Automotive Industry background is preferreable. Senior engineer for >7 yrs experience.
5. Good problem solving skills and analytical skill i.e good skill in 7QC tools, 8D methodology, 5-why analysis, SPC and LEAN 6-Sigma etc... Green or Black belt qualification is added advantage.
6. Strong interpersonal skill with external customer and internal teams.
7. Able to work with multi culture and multi levels people.
8. Good communication skill in both English and Vietnamese, Mandarin and Japanese is added advantage.
9. Competent in using computer and report writings, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
10. Flexibility in term of working hours and able to work under pressure.
