Responsibilities include:
1. Designs of post-tensioning reinforced concrete structures
2. Competent use of structural design methods, standards, codes, technical literature and software to enable the delivery of design.
3. Ensuring design is carried out and reinforcement detailed in accordance with design standards, notes and specifications from Australian, British and American Standards.
4. Collaboration with design manager and drafters to ensure all design and drafting is carried out in accordance with budgets and programmes.
5. Incorporate any consultant drawings detailing slab features to prepare layout ready for tendons design.
6. Provision of tendon design including design tendons layout and tendon profiles.
7. Using sophisticated collaboration and control tools to ensure design capacity and quality.
8. Correspond with the design manager regarding all changes in relation to the design.
9. Receive comments from design manager and incorporate into design as required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Skills required:
1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural)
2. Design experience with reinforced concrete structures
3. Design experience with post-tension reinforced concrete structures (an advantage but not necessary)
4. Computer literate – specific emphasis on using structural design software, MS – excel/Word, Adobe, AutoCAD
5. Time management skill and ability to work independently
6. Ability to work as part of a team and ability to manage the tasks to meet deadline.
7. A pro-active response to pressure
8. Ability to manage change and adapt to new procedures
9. English communication skills
Experiences:
1. Pre-stressed (post-tensioning) experiences are advantages but not necessary
