The Portfolio Risk Manager is responsible for
• Monitoring of portfolio risk indicators against benchmarks/Plan and execute policy actions to ensure that the portfolio is performing within benchmarks/Plan.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities to drive business growth and automate credit processes while maintaining portfolio performance within the risk appetite
• Providing oversight on processes affecting credit acquisitions, portfolio actions and collections
• Development of credit policies in response to changes in global policy and local regulations and rationalization initiatives
Responsible for the governance of credit-related policies and processes to ensure compliance to Citibank policies and local regulations through:
• Detection of gaps (via Management Control Assessment/MCA and Quality Assurance Framework/QAF processes) and collaborating with stakeholders on development of corrective action plan
• Escalation of issues through ICAPs and monitoring of ICAPs
• Gap analysis on Global Consumer Fraud Risk Policies (GCCFRP) and local regulations
• Audit preparation and coordination
• Initiating change management for new credit policies and system cut-overs
Responsibilities:
• Designs, refines and implements the risk acceptance criteria for new applications, credit line increases, renewal and loan availment based upon data analysis and in consultation with Country Risk Manager, Independent Senior Risk Officer and Business/Product Manager; initiates, reviews and recommends new or changes in credit policies
• Establish performance benchmarks and guardrails for acquisitions and existing customer management (e.g. credit line increases, loan availments)
• Monitor portfolio cost-of-credit trends, portfolio and segment/program-level indicators against approved benchmark and Plan; escalates significant changes and breaches to the Country Risk Manager and/or Independent Senior Risk Officer, and Business Manager as appropriate; recommends and implements corrective action plans as necessary
• Reviews and approves policy manuals, operations manuals, memos, programs, campaigns, application forms, initiatives relating to the product or risk policy compliance
• Reviews and approves results of monthly Quality Assurance Framework (QAF) and quarterly Management Control Assessment (MCA). Ensures that ICAPs are raised, escalated and followed-through.
• Drives preparation activities for upcoming internal and external audits and reviews; point-of-contact for all audit activities relating to consumer risk management
• Subject matter expert for unsecured products risk management and risk policy compliance, presents and participates in cross-functional meetings and governance forums; presents to management team and Independent Risk;
• Assess and approves applications with exceptions to risk acceptance criteria or credit limit beyond the delegation of Credit Operations.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s level degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data/MIS or Business-related courses
• 8+ years’ experience managing credit risk in consumer products. Preference will be given if experience in managing team/analysts
• Knowledge of Credit Operations, audit and control is a plus
• Experienced in data analytics/SAS, segmentation, modelling is preferred
• Awareness of local regulations with respect to consumer products is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
