We currently serve patients in over 300+ communities across the Valley and are staffing for further expansion. MD24 House Call has 50+ full-­time healthcare clinicians (board certified physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, podiatrists, psychiatry, psychologists, and wound-care specialists) who visit patients in their own senior living homes. We are also rapidly expanding the house­call network model with our patent pending telemedicine via 4G smartphones and tablets. Job Summary:

• Population Health Manager (PHM) Trainee is involved in population programs development, execution and monitoring. This task is done in collaboration with Representative Office Nurse and operational departments.
Population Health Manager (PHM) Trainee will be trained on different aspects of the operation, which include but not limit to General knowledge of US Healthcare, providers and payers, various operational models of business development, specialized in healthcare, investment and C-Corp models, etc…
Choice of participation with 03 specialized programs including Healthcare Management Program, Healthcare Business Development Program and Healthcare Technology (IT) Program

Essential Job Functions:

Population Health Manager (PHM) Trainee Program
• Receive training from our Top Healthcare Management team and internal trainers, exposing PHM Trainees directly to our business leaders and shapers.
• Able to develop and execute with measuring Population Health program, focus on current prioritized specialties: Planning, setup SOP/Workflow, commercialize programs, check and balance the implementation progress.
• Collaborate with other departments (IT, BD, MA, etc.) to execute current projects (Telemedicine, iScribe, ADT alerts, e-commerce, call-center, etc.).
• Manage the program’s budget by preparing draft annual budget and monthly variance reports.
• Manage supplier relationships, for both internal and external suppliers by managing service contracts, investigating and reporting on service quality issues and periodically evaluating supplier relationships

Qualifications/ skills:
• Medical Doctor, or Doctor of Pharmacy, or US Nursing degree (Passed the NCLEX test)
• At least 3 years of experience in the medical field and management role
• Proven oral and written communication skills in English
• Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to influence without authority
• Great computer skills, including Internet and office applications
• Experience in US Healthcare is a strong plus
• Must be willing to relocate/travel between Vietnam/Philippines and the USA
• Comfort with balancing major concurrent tasks and projects
• Excellent written skills and proven ability to develop clear, concise and comprehensive written reports
• Ability to understand and apply financial and reporting concepts to work responsibilities such as budgeting and variance reporting

• Working hours: Vietnam time 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM (Night shift), Mon - Fri
