Department: Operations
Reports to: POS Senior Supervisor
* Job Scope / Position Summary:
• Purpose of this role: Process customer’s requests at level, follow product norm and comply with Policy service guidelines
• No. of subordinate: None
• Please indicate financial and non-financial KPIs for this role: Control backlog, TAT, error and productivity.
• Please give a description of key challenge of this role: Has deep knowledge about products, system and POS transactions.
• Please describe which parties are usual contact in their role including internal or external parties and describe the nature of communication with these parties: all sales channels and cross departments
* Main Responsibility:
• Doing all transactions of Policy owner Service in compliance with guidelines and procedures effectively to meet the objectives of the Corporation and company goals
• Control quality, quantity, TAT and backlog
• Co-ordination with other department to handle special case and ad- hoc situation
• Assisting the Senior Supervisor and POS Manager in streamlining work processes and co-operating with other departments in system testing, enhancement to ensure the section’s operational efficiency & effectiveness
• Training and coaching for staff about product, guideline and manual
• Perform other responsibility & duty that are assigned by POS Manager

* Qualification and Experience Requirement:
• University degree, Insurance specialisation is priority.
• At least 1 years of experience in Life Insurance/Finance /Business Administration
• Good in Vietnamese and Fairly in English both in speaking and writing
• Knowledge in computer software and using computer system
• Analytical, meticulous, organized and able to work under tight deadline and pressure
• Highly committed and self-motivated
• Ability to multitask
• Good initiative and team spirit.
