Policy Management Executive

• Make policies to manage publishers, staffs, advertisers, ... to achieve (i) company target + strategy + culture + philosophy and (ii) agreements which we have made with parters,   

• Manage all publishers, staffs, advertisers, …as policies which has announces by tools, by human and all the ways has allowed

• Propose to BOD the decisions when some one violate policy

• Suggest solutions to prevent, minize violate such as Tech solutions, finance soltions....

• Manage all publishers, especially for SEM violate, cheat, fake ...

• Good analytical skills and logical thinking skills are a ‘must’

• At least 2 year of experiences in Digital Marketing Industry

• Priority with experience in Affiliate marketing

• Positive attitude, fast learner

• High responsibility for work is a ‘must’

• High pressure capability, quickly grasp the problem and solve the problem effectively.

• Good English is a special advantage

- Compensation:

+ Gross salary: up to $1000 + incentive

+ Regulated time for performance evaluation and periodic salary review

+ 13th month salary in accordance with company policies and regulations
