Policy and Training Specialist/ Chuyên Viên Chính Sách và Huấn Luyện An Ninh

- Training & Policy making:
1. Maintain all Security training material (Group version)
2. Support Group security head to make security policy
3. Maintain all security related SOP & forms

- Administration:
1. Manage consumables for Dept
2. HR related document process
3. Car arrangement

** Tasks:
- Prepare and update security training material every quarter
- Follow the instruction of Group security lead to edit group security policy
- To design and prepare caution signage and posters to post at necessary areas
- Maintain senior leader training record and update to Group security Lead every month
- Check the stock of consumables , submit PO when necessary
- Arrange car for dept colleague dept head when the need

- Education: University
- Experience: at least 1 year experience in Product Security, Information Security or General Security
- Skill: Good English communication
- Language: English (Intermediate level)

- The wage agreements in interview.
- Able to work in an active and professional working environment
- Insurance and Paid-leaves as required by Labor Law.
