- Confirm Medline Open Purchase Orders into SAP system based on emails from vendors sending to the mailboxes.
- Maintain accurate ETAs and order quantities for branch & DIR orders.
- Clarify the issues of back order items, discontinued items, and quantity/ price discrepancies from vendor’s acknowledgement…. & inform the issues to Buyers or Managers.

*Working Relationship:
- Medline U.S
*Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
*Preferred Qualifications:
- Intermediate level skill of MS Word
- Intermediate level skill of MS Excel
- Ability to calculate figures & amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages and volume
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and statistics in the interpretation and relationship in SAP.
- Medline U.S
*Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
