PMO Senior Manager (Korean or Vietnamese, Attractive Salary)

- Plan and coordinate major IT projects within the organization to ensure that effective IT solutions are delivered within agreed timescales and costs.
- Assist in the development of IT project plans across the organization to ensure that effective systems are introduced to meet identified needs.
- Monitor the implementation of IT projects to ensure that all targets are reached and that the overall project is completed in accordance with agreed timescales and costs.
- Identify user requirements and develop project and product specifications that will ensure that these requirements are met.
- Develop and implement any necessary procedures and documentation required to support new IT systems and procedures.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure that systems implemented are operating effectively and providing the services required by users.
- Represent the department on project teams to ensure that the best possible advice is given about the implications of any new IT systems and proposed changes.

- Bachelor or higher degree in Information Technology
- Have over 5 year experience in project management
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English or Korean
- Excellent leadership skill, able to communicate at all levels internally/externally and with different backgrounds
- Open to travel overseas for short periods
- Proactive, be able to work independently with high pressure
