Pmg Construction Coordinator Metro Hanoi L3 CP 06 Project

Purpose of the Job
Responsible to supervise the Consortium Electro-Mechanical (EM) Project Construction activities in order to manage efficiently the time commitments of the project in coordination with the Consortium General Construction Manager.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate all EM construction/installation site activities for all Partners equipment/system (including Depot),
• Ensure the construction efficiency in coordination with the Consortium Construction General Manager- and the organisation of the surveillance of the works, including the works of any Partner (and their Subcontractors),
• Collect & Consolidate from the Partner all data, events (detailed records, events occurred in working areas) from all the contributors that occur in work areas (daily site report updates),
• Ensure in coordination with the Consortium Construction General Manager the availability on site, ON TIME of all the documentation required for execution in frame of all area activities (last revision, last up-dates, etc…approved by the Customer/Engineer),
• Manage the implementation of the duty roster (if contractually required),
• Secure the observance of the Health and Safety Management Plan and Environmental Plan & organization of the corresponding trainings organized by all Partners and dedicated to their direct activities (including Sub-Contractors) all the individuals acting on the field. This activity is conducted in coordination with the Consortium Construction General Manager & HSE Managers,
• Monitor the observance of the stipulations laid down in the Project Quality Documentation by all Partners Site Management Team,
• Ensure with Consortium Construction General Manager & Program Manager the regular coordination with the Construction project scheduling community (meetings, MoM…),
• Inform the Consortium Construction General Manager on site about the consistency of internal and external Construction Stakeholders commitments progress/deviations, and manages the Construction schedules interfaces progress/deviations,
• Monitor that the Partners resources necessary to achieve the targets in term of staff, equipment, plant, tools and material,
• Participate to the Project Schedule Sessions for the Construction part of it,
• Provide and coordinate with the Consortium Planning Manager a timely updated Construction schedule situation highlighting the gap between the actual and the baseline,
• Focus on early identification of potential Construction delays with associated risks description,
• Contribute to the return of experience (REX) and improvements, share of best practices.
