Mô tả công việc
1. Project Management Manager
1. Manage status of all projects
2. Check daily jobs of all PM team members
3. Participation for MDT meeting / Lead projects
4. Responsible for checking the phases of all projects including phases closing reports (Design Review 1,2,3,4 report)
5. Main responsible for CMFCD, Addidrive
6. Report monthly Project status to Mr. Thien Binh
7. Prepare and update Business Plan relating to PM
8. Training for PM Team members
2. Customer Support
1. Visit customers for supporting Sales/R&D
2. Continuous contact customers for understanding the satisfaction level from customer for the projects/products
3. Support customers when they visit DongJin Vietnam
4. On-site customer support
5. Report to Mr. Thien Binh
3. Evaluation working result / KPIs of team member
1. Follow up the working result of all team members
2. Evaluation for KPIs of team members
3. Report to Mr. Thien Binh
Working time - Thời gian làm việc
07:30 - 16:30 từ thứ hai đến thứ bảy, ăn trưa từ 11:30 - 12:30
07:30 - 16:30 from Monday to Saturday, lunch time from 11:30 - 12:30
