PM & CM Deputy Director

- Project management and construction management for Water point project
- Formulate, supervise, monitor and evaluate the completion plan performance for giving directions and solutions in time to complete the plans and minimize risks.
- Formulate policy, regulation, process, design procedure, construction process, handover / receiving project systems to ensure the effective construction of projects, raise productivity, reduce labor accidents and ensure the compliance with provisions of law.
- Formulate, implement and control the budget targets and implementation costs of annual construction plans for relevant units to ensure the cost-effective for the company.
- Coordinate the works of construction partners, consulting units and departments in the Division as well as other relevant departments in the Company to ensure that projects are implemented on schedule, quality, cost and efficiency.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to perform regulations, standards and criteria for selecting contractors to ensure project quality with reasonable costs.
- Develop relationships with the authorities and contractor partners to update the changes related with design management, architecture and performance in the bidding.

* Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Construction, Project Management.

* Working Experience:
- At least 10 year experience in the field of design and construction of civil and industrial;
- At least 5 year experience in similar position in the company with the same scale.

* Expertise:
- Construction: Deep knowledge about building materials, necessary methods and tools in building factories, or other infrastructures such as roads and bridges;
- Construction technique: creativity, apply science and technology practically, including the application of principles, techniques, procedures and equipment in many areas of construction, electricity, water etc… to design and build various infrastructures;
- Design: deep knowledge about design techniques, tools, construction principles of detailed drawing, perspective drawing and sketching;
- Project management: deep knowledge about planning, project management;
- Labor safety and environmental hygiene: deep understand about equipment usage guidelines, policies, procedures and technical rules in order to effectively communicate to subordinates, contribute to ensure the safety for the labor in the construction process of infrastructures;
- Law: deep understand and update legislation information related to Investment Real Estate, processes, rules and technical standards in the construction industry, with the ability to adapt the changes of legal environment in Viet Nam. Have strategic visions on the direction of investment and business development of the company.
