Plaza Manager

- Being the guarantor of the management of common area’s services into the shopping center
-Be responsible for the application of new Procedures, such as:
• Daily procedures for the control of services suppliers :
o Daily Checklist (Suppliers’s checklist, Toilet checklist, Plaza Checklist, Duty Followup 24h/24h, Duty planning… )
o Statement Report, Additional service request form, ..
o Weekly/ Monthly report Reports
o Daily meeting with Team, Weekly meeting with suppliers...
• Specific procedures in case of any troubles in the shopping center
o Troubles by day Procedure (Lost & Found, Request for support, day work authorisation, ...)
o Troubles by night Procedure (Night work authorisation)
• Specific procedures in case of works requirement
-Working in cooperation with the Property Management team, which means :
• The Plaza Manager must work in cooperation with :
o The Technical chief of the shopping center
o The security chief of the shopping center
• The Plaza Manager will be responsible for informing and working in cooperation with :The Big C’s Store Manager & Big C’s Security chief
• The Plaza Manager will be the representative of Viet Nhat into the Shopping Center and will have to deal with the local authorities, clients, etc
-Managing Daily Operations and Contractual Issues managed by Property Management, relating to Tenants
-Preparing Leasing Reports and Debt Management relating to tenants
-Working with Commercial Department relating to leasing activities
-The Plaza Manager will be responsible for ensuring other tasks required by line Manager

Education : University (3 years minimum) : Management
Experience : 5 years

Computers skills : Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
