The Plaza Manager will be responsible for supporting all the activities related to the development of Property Management Department and Commercial Department. The Plaza Manager will be the representative of Viet Nhat/ EB Landlord and the Property Management Department in the Shopping Center. The Plaza Manager will be the guarantor of the Management of common area’s services into the Shopping Center.
The Property Management Department has for objectives to manage all services provided into the common area (inside and outside circulation area, toilets area, parking area, technical & security zones) of the shopping center, such as Cleaning services, Security services, Green area services, Waste Management, and all the maintenance of the building, in order to improve the quality of Shopping Center.
ACTIVITIES
- Function: Being the guarantor of the management of common area’s services into the shopping center
- Function: Be responsible for the application of new Procedures
- Function: Working in cooperation with the Property Management team
- Function: Managing Daily Operations and Contractual Issues managed by Property Management, relating to Tenants
- Function: Preparing Leasing Reports and Debt Management
- Function: Working with Commercial Department relating to leasing activities:Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors
