Platform Manager

We are looking for talented person who can operate independently, move fast, and get things done to help us manage all technical sales platforms of a fast growing team. Responsibilities :
1. Tools and platform management: Handle all platform requests, from troubleshooting to data management. Be the bridge between the technical and business team and ensure smooth day-to-day platform operations.
2. Tools and platform improvement: Continuously research, evaluate, and propose improvements. Create Request for Change and follow up with the technical team to ensure deployment.
3. Tools and platform launch: Ensure smooth and efficient rollout of new tools and features. Create training materials, coordinate product launch, track and improve adoption rate of critical features.
4. Cross-functional relationship management: Work with product, operations and sales team to make sure all platforms are adopted and utilized in the most effective ways.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in platform or product management, with a data driven and process oriented mindset
Salesforce experience is a strong plus
2. Ability to define business process and propose improvement initiatives
3. A self-starter who can take high ownership on the job with minimum direction
4. Excellent communication skills (written and verbally) in Vietnamese and English
5. Microsoft Office skills are required (MS. Excel, MS. Word and MS. Powerpoint)
