Plant Supervisor/ Nhân Viên Kỹ Thuật Vận Hành Sản Xuất

** Nhiệm vụ / Job Function:
• Manage emulsion plant operations including production as well as maintenance of plant equipment and facilities to ensure effective operations and asset efficiency to meet Company and Terminal’s objectives, KPIs
• To be in charge of production for all type of ADCo emulsions and make sure that the final quality of product released are met ADco’ s technical standard
• Strictly comply with emulsion production procedure / manual
• Continuously to coordinate with Lab team and other sections to research and develop new products to meet market demands.
• Manage balance materials for production by monitoring daily stock level in order to ensure sufficient product available in meeting production plan
• Lead the predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance activities for plant related facilities to ensure reliable and effective performance.
• Daily report sending to the relevant sections with accurate data and in time
• Daily plan, supervise, provide the necessary training for direct staffs to make sure the targets are met.
• To be a member and strictly comply with HSSE regulation at terminal
• Others tasks assigned by Superiors

** Yêu cầu/ Skills & Knowledge requirement:
 Graduated from professional industry or chemistry secondary shool
 At least 02 year experiences in production supervisor.
 maintenance, inventory and cost management.
Ability for management including manpower, equipment
 Ability of communication and presentation.
 Good knowledge in piping process, tank, bitument, equipment.
 Understanding the Safety, Health, Environment management system.
 Responsibility, team works spirit, enthusiasm.
 Computer using, English communication.
