Plant Operation Services Manager

Reporting to : INY Manager

Role: To be in charge of Opex services of the Industry business line in Bureau Veritas Vietnam, Plant Operation Services Manager has good understanding about the inspection and maintenance program of Industrial sector.

Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
• Organize and control implementation the OPEX services team
• Deploy the OPEX services team including NDT technician and inspectors.
• Responsible for delivery the OPEX services for operating facilities.
• Working with client on day by day basic to understanding the need and top-up sale.
• Supervise the technician and engineer’s performance.
• To be project manager/deputy project manager for launching the projects.
• To support the Sale team to do market research and define potential clients
• To decide the BV products can sell in the market in priority order
• Set-up a prospect database, list of potential clients for the products
• Conduct marketing & visit plans with BD/BDM
• Review technical & commercial proposal prepared by Sale Team
• Report to INY manager in term of operation

Technical and professional skills
• Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English
• Good command in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)
• Understanding of NDT markets, good capability in marketing & sales activities

Performance Indicators
• Minimum number of visits per months: To be defined by target
• Sale expected: To be defined by target

Candidate Profile
• University degree with engineering backgrounds
• More than 3 years’ experience in inspection & maintenance.
• Willing to travel within the country and abroad
