- Hierarchical Level: Director
- Mission: responsible for analyzing, managing and improving the production area of the Factory. Supervises production planning, maintenance, logistics and production chains, ensuring deadlines and costs.

***AREAS AND FUNCTIONS:
1. Production Optimization
- Develop and manage production policies aimed at achieving the objectives set by the Corporate Industrial Director
- Supervise and support the production schedules of the plant, ensuring compliance with production dates, avoiding breaks and taking advantage of synergies.
- Supervise and support the correct execution of production, in quality, time and costs.
- Creation, management and supervision of production standards.
- Supervision of the correct documentation, training and application of all the productive work processes of the plant.

2. Management of production area and equipment
- Collaborate in the preparation of budgets for the Production area.
- Analyze the productivity, performance and functioning of the different departments under their responsibility, proposing objectives and evaluation metrics.
- The use of economic, operational and facilities resources to generate a greater performance for the company.
- Achieve the results of production and profitability planned in the annual budget of the business plan.
- Implement the agreed investments

3. Continuous improvement
- Manage the continuous improvement and profitability of the production area.
- Lead processes of continuous improvement and ensure the profitability of the different areas.
- Ensure the correct application of the group's quality standards by proposing improvements
- Ensure the correct documentation of quality standards for the plant.
- Propose a system of training and learning of quality standards in the staff under their responsibility

4. Maintenance and improvement of equipment
- Supervise and ensure the schedule of preventive maintenance of machinery and plant facilities
- Management of investments in infrastructure and machinery decided by the General Management
- Monitor major purchases of equipment and tools by proposing the same if necessary
- Supervision of the replacement of equipment and supplies
- Participate in the negotiation of commercial contracts with suppliers of materials, services and transport to get the best prices.

4. Management and optimization of Stocks
- Inventory management.
- Supervise the realization of inventory control of warehouses and ensure the correct valuation of the same
- Supervise the valuation of stocks complying with the guidelines of the Financial Management of the group
- Establish systems of work for the correct management of Stock

5. Quality
- Complete, in what affects your position, the Quality Manual and procedures.
- Management and control of plant quality standards
- Follow the group quality instructions.

- Training required: Industrial, chemical, mechanical engineer
- Specific knowledge: Lean Manufacturing, Productive environments, industrial organization, Quality regulations, SAP
- Previous experience: More than 5 years as a factory director
