Plant Manager – Consumbable Supplies

• Make plans & implement, control the production schedule
• Determine the human resources & material resources required
• Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement
• Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures
• Set & monitor product quality standards
• Determine and implement improvements to the production process
• Prepare and maintain production reports
• Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
• Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management
• Other duties as assigned.

• Graduated from University in Chemical or Mechanical
• At least 3 years of experience in similar position, working for foreign manufacturing companies, preferablely living in Bac Ninh
• Prefer candidates with strong experience in some industries such as: Medical Equipment, Healthcare
• Good at English
• Good management & leadership skills
