Plant Manager (Quản Lý Dự Án Xây Dựng Hệ Thống Xử Lý Nước)

Job purpose
1. To manage and control the Plant Department to execute the projects. To manage the maintenance service at Customers’ factory.
2. To be responsible for quality control of the projects.
3. To control the CAD operators.
4. To apply the new technology for design and equipment selection as well the cost estimation.
5. Support the sales engineers to do the technical sale activity

Job description
* Engineering
• Collect and prepare M&E, instrument standard
• Study and transfer updated technology
• Collect and monitoring the manufacturer information and supplier list

* Equipment selection
• Find the good quality product with reasonable price
• Price and delivery negotiation

* Design work
• Coordination with Customers and prepare all necessary information such as detail requirement, specification and scope.
• To control and manage the design activities of Company scope.
• To support and get the Vietnamese standard, Industrial Estate’s standard and related technical requirements.

* Cost estimation
• Cooperation with partners to estimate the cost of project.
• Improve the efficiency of cost estimation activity
• Update the data base for cost estimation

* CAD operation and data
• Develop drawing management system.
• Develop the data base of projects and other information

* Construction
• Manage and control the project schedule including equipment delivery
• Make a good quality control for Customer specification.
• Ensure the safety working condition at the site

* Training
• Train and instruct subordinates for technical and non technical knowledge

• Bachelor of Electrical/Mechanical
• Good English communication skill
• Good negotiation skill
• Experience at the same position
• Male, 40 YO up
