Planning Supervisor (VSIP Bac Ninh)

- Know how to use SAP and WMS to create shipment, issue delivery document / Invoice and solve problems during the process.
- Train new staff.
- Be responsible for the activities/ operations of warehouse operations to comply with SOPs and to meet the established targets, KPIs.
- To manage the daily dispatch plan to ensure completion of orders processed on time and invoices issued promptly and correctly to meet customer service requirements.
- Track the administration and office expenses to control the cost within the set budget.
- Manage the performance and KPI reports of BNDC.
- Coordinate with VCM KPI management team to define the exact data of DC performance.
- Closely supervise the daily performance of the members of Invoicing & Admin section to ensure smooth work and accurate, effective results.
- Coordinate with other internal sections (WH, Transport, SH&E, IT, etc.) to perform the tasks of the DC smoothly and promptly, in accordance with the policies and SOPs.
- Asist as a substitute for other key staff of BNDC in the management and handling of the assigned tasks, if necessary and under the request of DC Manager.

- Graduated College and above
- Good command of English (preferable)
- 1 year experience working in accounting/ planning/distribution
- Good knowledge of accounting/planning skills
- Good knowledge of warehouse skills & team management
- Ability in arrange, team-work, integrity, logical-minded, fairness, enthusiast
- Have experience in warehouse system such as: WMS, SAP are plus
