Mô tả công việc
• In charge of planning monthly/ weekly, daily production plan and purchasing plan. Prepare workstation plan in the factory.
• Coordinate with Finance/ Purchasing & HR to make it matched with production timeline.
• Monitor Purchasing team to compliance with production plan.
• Constantly identify and analyze better methods, process and procedures focused on increase the plant efficiency and reduce production costs; related to misasortment, obsolete materials, capacity constraints, capacity vs. products management system of the Corporation.
• Coordinate weekly meetings as needed.
• Achieves Production planning requirements in order to fulfill service in coordination with Production Planning and Production Department.
• Coordinates with Human Resources, specific training.
• Lead and monitor the material supply to ensure non-stop production
• Monitor order vs capacity to avoid potential over load/less production
• Keep contact with production team regarding capacity and production status
• Ensuring that the product effectively satisfies the quality level ordered by the client.
• Supervising quality standards and enforcing quality-control programs.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Able to work on your own and as a team member.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Advanced level for excel
- Certificates/Licenses: University Degree
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Years of experience: At least 03 years experience in similar positions. Two years experience in Production planning and Material planning (Furniture industry).
- Bachelor’s degree in technology management industry or related field from an accredited college.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good time management and planning skills.
- Advanced level for excel
- Certificates/Licenses: University Degree
