Planning & Strategy Senior Engineer (Kỹ Sư Cao Cấp Về Kế Hoạch Và Chiến Lược) - Bot Vân Phong 1

- Establish project management and all procedures related to project to achieve the performance standards, targets and all obligations of the O&M Agreement
- Provide expert advice with respect to conditions of service, duties and responsibilities, and privileges and entitlements under the company’s rules and regulations
- Responsible for overall project performance as well as managing the scope schedule, budget and obligations of the O&M Agreement
- Responsible for engineering needs for project including troubleshooting, training and documentation preparation
- Interfacing and developing with clients, subcontractors and related Vietnamese authority
- Making comprehensive and technical project reports

- Fluent orals and written in English and Vietnamese
- College graduated or above (Major: Science, Mechanical/Electricity/Electronic Engineering, Business Administration or related fields)
- At least 5-year experience in Energy industry or power plants
- Familiarity with electric power industry and knowledge of business issues associated with power plant.
- Experience in traditional fossil fuel generation plant (Preffered)
- High-level communication and management skills
- Ability to self-motivate and motivate staff
- Exceptional computer skills
