Planning Staff ( Section: Logistic/ Warehouse)

Position 1: Logistic staff

1. Implementing processes involved in a supply chain/ logistic operation & liase with a variety of parties including manufacturer, distributor, transport agents
2. Handle transportation, stock control, warehouse & ensure on time delivery
3. Control the logistic cost, follow all customs issues to avoid any violation of customs law and regulation
4. Be responsible for accurate shipping documents & follow up booking process/production and stuffing plan/shipping schedule

Position 2: Warehouse staff ( HAVE ABILITY TO WORK ON 3 SHIFTS)

1. Sort, organize and inventory in proper location
2. Make sure warehouse in 5S and safety
3. Do all transaction of QAD system such as receiving RMT, run MIT, scan FGS lots, confirm delivery...
4. Do admin jobs for warehouse such as purchasing tools, packing...
5. Report for damaged or missing inventory
6. Prepare documentation and inventory for customer, internal and external audit
7. Other assigment as required by Manager

REQUIREMENT:
1. College or University degree, major related to Economic, Foreign trade or related to manufacturing field
2. Working experience: 1-2 years of working experiences in warehouse/ Logistic field
3. Language: Can communicate in English
( English is not compulsory for position of Warehouse staff)
4. Willing to work overtime if requested
5. Local candiate in Soc Son is prefered
6. Proficiency in MS office: Word, Excel, can use power point,
7. Experiences in ERP system is preffered
