To organize inspection and statistics in the Factory
Tổ chức đối chiếu, trao đổi nghiệp vụ trong nội bộ nhà máy và các Phòng ban khác để hoàn thiện sản xuất, đẩy nhanh sản xuất, đảm bảo chất lượng.
To compare, exchange professional knowledge in internal factory and other departments to complete production, promote production and assure quality.
Tổ chức soạn thảo, cập nhật qui trình sản xuất các mặt hàng làm cơ sở tổ chức sản xuất, kiểm soát sản xuất.
To draft and update production process of goods for the basis of production and production control
Tổ chức kiểm tra, kiểm kê định kỳ, điều chỉnh các tiêu hao bất hợp lý.
To organize periodical inspection and inventory, adjust unreasonable expenditures.
Tổ chức thực hiện các biện pháp đảm bảo tính sẵn sàng hoạt động, hoạt động ổn định của trang thiết bị trong nhà máy
To organize implementation of methods for assuring readiness for operation, stable operation of equipment and tools in the Factory.

To coordinate with HR Department in setting up and implementing plans of human resources recruitment, training and development of the Factory; protect property of the Company
Giám sát việc lên kế hoạch và thực hiện kế hoạch bảo dưỡng, bảo trì thiết bị hàng năm
Supervise maintenance and preventive maintenance program for all machines and equipment in factory
Lập kế hoạch sản xuất hàng tháng
Making product plan
Thực hiện những công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên và báo cáo trực tiếp cho trưởng phòng sản xuất
Perform other jobs as assigned by Production Manager and report to Production Manager
