Planning Staff

- Make production planning and follow up the production progress
- Responsible for daily monitoring of production situation and ensuring timely delivery plan
- Coordinate with production and sales department related to customer
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed..
- Complete status reports and data analysis to review and evaluate production progress daily
- Solving problems that affect production plans
-To get the POs from Sales department
-To check & release the batches & confirm the delivery date
-To follow the production plan of every POs to ensure on-time delivery to customers
-To control all batches created in production
-To check the shortage & leftover of all POs
-To handle with all cases arise from Sales department
-To update & follow all forecast orders
-Other assigned tasks from manager
-Details shall be discussed during interview

Female is preferable
- Strong analytical skills and Data accuracy
- Hard working, careful, enthusiastic, co-operative, pro-active,excellent in team work
- University/ College degree
- Good command of English (Listening, speaking and writing).Basic English (listening & speaking – Toeic 500 - 600)
- Good at computer skill (preferable excel)
- Bachelor’s Degree (Prior accounting)
- Prior experience in working in manufacturing factories
- Analytical nature, Problem-solving
- Work well under high-pressure, to be able to work in a team
- Academic transcript required (photo/scan)
