Planning Staff/engineer

RECRUIT FOR PLANNING STAFF/ENGINEER IN MARCH, 2020

***WELFARE
- 13th month salary and attractive bonus and incentive based on performance and capacity;

***JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Drawing/Transmittal Management Experience Vendor/Subcontractor Contract/Payment/Claim Control;
- Client Coordination and Management;
- Update and record construction activities daily such as site work, manpower, equipment by make notes, take picture.
- Make daily report and report to project owner, also share daily report to construction team as well as.
- Closely coordinate with design team and get newest drawing on time and share to construction team promptly.
- Store project data such as report, image, drawing logically, ensure query project data correctly and promptly.
- Closely work in collaboration with other team, Project Owner for issues arise in project.

JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Male/female candidates with age from 27 to 40
- Have Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering or equivalent with at least 03 or more years of experience as construction engineers on site (Must);
- Be able to take off quantity of construction work base on the drawing;
- Have excellent skill to use application software Primavera/ MS project, excel, power point;
- Have excellent skill of conversation and writing by English language;
- Have good team work and be patient;
- Prefer candidates in Long Son & Ba Ria_Vung Tau province;

***FURTHER INFORMATION:
- Working location: Long Son Petrochemicals complex project; Long Son commune, Ba Ria-Vung Tau province;
- Work for construction project from 2 or 3 years;
- Attractive monthly income as capacity and performance;
- Company provides accommodation, bus and meal (if requested);
- Starting date: As soon as possible;
